Libertyville Toyota Scion and its parent company, AutoNation, has acquired four acres adjoining the current location for future expansion.

The expansion will allow the dealership, at 1180 S. Milwaukee Ave., to house additional inventory and provide expanded service. Information about specific plans will be released in coming months.

Games company reveals details of Resident Evil 6

Resident Evil 6 will be released in November 2012, Capcom have confirmed.

The games developer announced they are currently working on the new instalment of the popular zombie series.

An official trailer for the game was released on Thursday (19 January), and hinted that parts of it will be set in China.

Resident Evil 6 is due to be released on 20 November for consoles, with a PC version of the game to follow soon after.

Capcom said Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy – characters from previous games in the series – would star alongside a number of new characters in RE6.

Metro cancels bus routes; Others on snow routes

For most parts of most of these routes there is alternative service nearby. Bus riders are advised to check the snow routing and operating status of all service before traveling, and note the following information.

If there is major snowfall, bus service will be significantly disrupted and delayed. People should avoid traveling if at all possible.

Due to the weather forecast for treacherous and impassable roadways, Metro is scaling back some service on Wednesday morning in order to be able to operate the rest of its system as safely and reliably as possible.
